Presentation

Today we are going to talk about your future plans and we are going to compare adjectives.

What is an adjective? A describing word….blue ball. Red shirt… When we compare them we can use endings like "er" and "est".

Practice
Emulation: Repeat after me.

The earth is bigger than the moon.
The moon is smaller than the earth.
The sun is bigger than the earth.
The sun is the biggest of the three.
The moon is the smallest of the three.
Korea is cold in winter. Russia is colder. The North Pole is coldest.
This soup is hot. My soup is hotter. His is the hottest.
That building is high. That one is higher. Look. That one is the highest.

Production

Is the moon small or big?
Which is bigger, the earth or the moon?
Which is biggest- The earth, sun or moon?

Is the moon close or far?
Are the stars closer or farther that the moon?
Which is the farthest from the earth…the sun or the moon?
