Are there ghosts? Yes, there are ghosts. No, I don't believe in ghosts.
Is there a phone in this room? Yes. There is. No, there isn't. Is there a waste basket in this room? Yes, there is. No, there isn't.
Are there students in the computer room?

Production

Ask students the questions above to answer.
Ask students questions such as : Is there a girl in this class wearing red? Are there boys in this class wearing ties? Is there a woman teacher in this class? etc.

And/or - use photos and ask questions about them.
